Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund:

• Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date
• Provide your order number and reason for the return
• Products should be in original condition where possible — we understand that you may have tried the product

We do not require the product to be unused to initiate a return. If you tried it and it wasn't right for you, we still want to hear from you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Orders reported more than 30 days after delivery
• Products that have been tampered with or damaged by the customer
• Gift cards or promotional credits

Please include your order number, the product(s) you are returning, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

If you paid by credit card and do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your card issuer before reaching out to us — processing times vary by institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item was shipped, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Return Shipping

If a physical return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You will not be charged for return shipping on approved returns.
