Overview
All orders are processed and shipped by Ethnomedica, Inc. on behalf of Colombian Gold Extracts. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders — any applicable promotions will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Hemp-derived cannabidiol products are legal under federal law (2018 Farm Bill) when produced in accordance with applicable regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is legal to receive in your specific state or locality. We are not responsible for packages seized by authorities due to local regulations.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are outside the United States and are interested in our products, please contact us at info@colombiangoldextracts.com — we may be able to accommodate certain international requests on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery Issues
If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@colombiangoldextracts.com — if the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to correct it.
